Agriculture Workshop

JOIN US MARCH 24 FOR A FREE WORKSHOP TO DISCUSS AGRICULTURE AND FOOD-RELATED BUSINESSES.

"First Nations communities are sitting on a gold mine. There's prime agricultural land, a rich heritage of cultivating that land, and local markets hungry for your food." So says Brian Harper, First Nations Agrologist for southern BC.

Join others from Squamish and Lil'wat Nations to explore possibilities for agriculture and food-related businesses, and to be inspired by what other First Nations communities are doing.

Agricultural training, education programs and one-on-one consultations are available free-of-charge to First Nations communities.

These programs address all aspects of agricultural production, processing and marketing of all commodities, and are designed to meet the needs and interests of each community.
